The 215 Beach Bungalow accommodations are all sea view, terraced rooms. All are air-conditioned and include a fan, minibar, telephone, safe and tea/coffee maker. Ensuite facilities include indoor and outdoor showers.
The main restaurant at Meedhupparu seats 430 guests in comfort three times a day. A wide choice of dishes is on offer at our breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, ensuring that there is plenty to delight every palate. Fine wines and an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available on request. The menus at the restaurant change regularly to assure variety. When you stay with us, you're unlikely to eat the same thing twice! For lovers of the piquant, the exotic: gourmet European and fusion cuisine, enjoyed amidst the beauties of a tropical island hideaway.

This principle is followed closely at Meedhupparu Ayurveda Restaurant, where delicious cuisine in traditional South Asian and Western styles makes healthy eating a pleasure.
Vatha, pitha and kapha The balance of these three grand Ayurvedic life principles is achieved in significant measure through diet. All dishes served at Meedhupparu Ayurveda Restaurant are classified in terms of the vatha, pitha and kapha attributes and carefully marked so that each guest may choose dishes appropriate to his or her constitution.
